AlphaLuma Refund Policy
All purchases made in AlphaLuma are processed by the store you downloaded the App from: Apple via the App Store on iOS, or Google via Google Play on Android. This policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.
1. Purchases Are Processed by Apple or Google
AlphaLuma Pro subscriptions and any in-app purchases are billed to your Apple ID (App Store) or to your Google account (Google Play). We do not collect your payment information. Refunds for App Store purchases can only be granted by Apple; refunds for Google Play purchases are granted through Google Play, either by Google or, at our discretion or where required by law, by us.
2. How to Request a Refund — iOS (App Store)
Method 1 — Apple's Report a Problem page (recommended):
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
- Find the AlphaLuma purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
- Select a reason and submit your request
Method 2 — Apple Support:
- Visit support.apple.com
- Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions → Request a Refund
Whether a refund is approved is determined solely by Apple. For Apple's terms, see apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.
3. How to Request a Refund — Android (Google Play)
Method 1 — Google Play:
- Visit play.google.com → your Google account → Order history, signed in with the Google account you used for the purchase
- Find the AlphaLuma purchase and choose "Request a refund" (or "Report a problem")
- Select a reason and submit
Google may be able to refund a purchase you request shortly after buying it; see Google's Google Play refund policies for the current rules and time limits.
Method 2 — Contact us: If Google Play cannot refund your purchase, email us (see Section 6) with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA."). We will review your request and, where appropriate or required by law, issue the refund through Google Play to your original payment method.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- AlphaLuma Pro subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled — on iOS, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; on Google Play, cancel before the renewal date
- Cancelling stops future renewals but is not a refund. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To get money back for a charge already made, request a refund as described above
- If your subscription started with a free trial and you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first paid period is charged automatically when the trial ends
- Uninstalling the App or deleting your AlphaLuma account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- If a refund is granted for a subscription, Pro access for the refunded period may be removed
5. Lifetime / One-Time Purchases
If AlphaLuma offers a one-time (non-subscription) Pro purchase:
- It does not renew and is not charged again
- Refund eligibility follows the policy of the store you purchased from (Apple or Google Play) and applicable law
- We recommend requesting a refund as soon as possible after purchase
